Satisfied or refunded :
If you are not satisfied, you have a 15 days deadline as from the delivery to turn over us the goods in his packing of origin, in perfect state with the invoice and the reason for reference, and to ask the exchange or for refunding of it, except for the expenses of return. To profit from this right, the turned over products should not be used by their recipient.
